Cactus Pose


When practicing Cactus Pose in Yoga be sure to push out the chest and lift the chin so that you can allow the throat chakra as well as the heart chakra to open. This is important to help clear and align the chakras.

When the chakras are not clear or aligned they can cause physical ailments and physical pain, thus as you practice yoga be mindful of allowing the body to release everything that no longer serves you
