My vision is to create a collaborative space where different health practitioners come together to offer a diverse range of healing modalitites, provoding clients with a truly holistic approach to wellness. I believe that fostering strong communication and teamwork between practitioners is key to ensuring each client's journeyis seamless and integrated. I want to curate a variety of services that complement eachother - everything from alternative therapies, mental health support, nutrition and fitness.

I am currently an Advanced Level CranioSacral and Somato-Release Therapist, Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychological Practitioner, and NJ State Licensed Massage and Body Work Therapist (NY State License # 18KT00097600). 

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Natural Health and have been a private practice since 1986. My specialty is in Spiritual Growth, Chronic Pain Management and Emotional "Core Clearing" . I have studied extensively over the years with the top Holistic, Spiritual, Naturopathic Practitioners, Universal Energy Coaches and Mentors from all over the world and I am so excited to bnring those teachings forward to help heal as many as possible in the most fun and natural way possible.

I help people go from zero to the hero of their health and wellness journey. Good health is not merely the absence of disease but a totality of mind, body and spirit; beginning with how you fuel yourself and ending with buildable habits for a successful journey. After years of "trying to figure it out myself" through various health and life challenges I decided to make it my mission to provide you with tools and knowledge that I have gained to help you not only survive, but THRIVE in adding life to your years!
