I have also partnered with Stella Langer, of Stella's Light, in creating a very Elite Women's Networking Group called "Le Femme Elite", a collective created to elevate, inspire, and transform the way we grow in business together.
I am committed to bringing light to the world on a global level. I am excited to begin philanthropic efforts as part of my business practice, with the goal of expanding my reach and bringing healing, health and wellness to those in need.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a modified form of yoga that uses a chair for support while seated or standing. It is a gentle way to practice yoga that can help with flexibility, strength and balance.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A relaxing flow that includes poses that relieve tension, soothe the mind and ease the body into a restful state.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves using "universal life energy" to promote healing and well-being. It is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on restoring balance in the bodys energy flow. When energy is blocked, it can lead to physical and emotional imabalances. The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and help the body/s natural healing abilities to work more effectively

Red Light Therapy uses red and near-infrared light to help regenerate cells, restore function, and trigger blood flow. Increases the production of collagen, increases blood circulation, reduces inflammation, improves psoriasis, rosacea and eczema and can stimulate hair follicles to reduce hair loss.
