Yin Yoga

Slow grounding practice that targets the deeper layers of the body through acupressure points - fascia, joints, and connective tissues with long supportive holds.

Restorative Yoga

Designed to soothe the nervous systemand support full-body relaxation. Using props to fully support each posture, the body is invited to settle, release tension, and shift into a state of rest and repair.

Pound Fitness

High-energy group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and pilates with drumming.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves using "universal life energy" to promote healing and well-being. It is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on restoring balance in the bodys energy flow. When energy is blocked, it can lead to physical and emotional imabalances. The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and help the body/s natural healing abilities to work more effectively
